I am a management student pursuing MPM from Pune University. As part of our curriculum, I have to undertake a summer job and submit the project report to the university.

- Training Need Analysis
- Recruitment & Retention
While I am inclined towards these topics, I am open to any summer job opportunity that allows me to learn and work on my project.
