Hello friends can you please help me how we have to consider and calulate the salary package along with other benefits for an executive.

Hi Manimegalai. As i Told for DA & HRA there is no hard rules of fixing the salaries. main thing is the pay should not be lesser than the minimum wages act. Cheerz Jeeva
