Hi Seniors,
I have 3 years of work exp in HR [Recruitment and General]. I have done my Bachelors in Computer Science in 2004 and MBA – HR [Full Time] in 2006.
I have applied for satellite course from XLRI for PGCHRM and in which I've got selected for the interview.
Can you please throw light on what kind of questions can be asked in the interview, what is the process, how should I be preparing myself for the same?
My interview is scheduled in the next 10 days. So kindly help me urgent!
P.S : Ex – XLRI's suggestions invited!
Regards,
Ms. Kunal

Ms. Kunal,
Wishing you all the best for the interview and the course. One of my colleagues recently went for an interview, and it lasted 10 minutes. The questions asked were about:
1. Details of Current/Past job
2. Learnings from Current/Past job
3. Why do you want to do this course?
In addition to the above, I think they may ask you, "Why the satellite program when you have already completed a full-time course?" I suggest you have a strong reason for it.
Hope this information is helpful to you. Please let me know how it goes.
Thanks,
Sanket

Well, it's a difficult one. I have done my part-time MBA and recently applied for a full-time MBA. When asked the same question, I mentioned that it will help my career progression.
In your case, it's a different scenario. By the way, what is your actual reason for pursuing a satellite MBA?
