You may be aware that Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) is one of the largest Social Security Organisations in the world that provides comprehensive social security to more than Forty Million employees and their family members in India. EPFO is consistently taking efforts to improve the service delivery to its members. To achieve this goal, we are initiating steps to introduce ‘eRAPS” (EPFO Receipts and Payments Software) a comprehensive computerisation project developed with a pragmatic approach. In this regard, EPFO has to build up the member profile information (Form 2 Data) so that the details of members, their family and nominee particulars are readily available in the system. This will enable early settlement of claims including pension cases and also facilitate the organisation in areas like actuarial valuation. A software has been developed to capture the employee details and hosted in the home page of our Official Websites EPFO and www.epfochennai.tn.nic.in under the title “Attention Employers: Software for submission of Employee details to EPFO”. I request you to download the software and feed the employee details and furnish the data created in a CD/DVD by name to Shri. Raman Dhanasekar, Regional P.F. Commissioner(C&R) within one month. Sir,
The software supplied by the PF department has some faults. For example, the field width for name and address does not allow big names to be entered. In Bangalore, the PF department has asked large employers to provide the data in Excel format and then later enter it into the software.
Please take care when entering the data. Providing partial data could be harmful to the employee - such as the name, address, and so on.

PF - Members/Nominee Detail in PF Site
Presently, the PF Authority has asked Unexempted establishments to submit members' and nominee details in soft copy online using the software provided by them. This requires us to perform data entry for each member, i.e., Form 9 and nomination details for PF and Pension.
Is there a way to upload this information instead of entering it one by one? Can anyone help?
