I am trying to design an onsite policy. Could somebody help me out with the same? In case you have an onsite policy in your organization, maybe I could take some inputs from it. Could you also specify the contents or areas to be covered under such a policy?

Hi Meh,
I suggest you can add the following contents in your onsite policy:
• Various types of travels (Short term/long term-- specify & define the duration)
• Mode & class of Domestic & international travel
• Outstation travel allowance payment- mode of payment
• Payment towards lodging & other travel related expenses
• Details on travel settlements
• Conditions & rules applicable i case of travel along with spouse/family
• Any insurance covered for overseas travel
• ETC....
