Hi, I'm an MBA student currently working on a project in a retail MNC. My project title is "Employee's perception on training programs in the organization."
The objective of the project is:
- To find out how much the employees perceive the training programs conducted as effective and beneficial.
- To identify what type of training they need to perform their job better in the organization.
- To highlight the problems faced by the employees to the organization (what the organization should do to make the training programs more effective, motivating employees to attend and learn).
Please help in formulating the questionnaire:
- What type of questions do I need to use to extract exact information?
- Are there any readily available questionnaires if possible?
