Good presentation. However, I think it is incomplete. You started a story but left it in the middle. When the peacock and others were unhappy, who learned what lessons and how did the story end? Are there any missing slides or is this all? Nevertheless, it is a nice presentation. :-P

Hi Rao,
Firstly, there are no missing slides. This PowerPoint presentation just depicts the scenario in workplaces. It refers to the comfort zone of employees or the top management at times (not criticizing). It shows how, although employees are innovative at times, their ideas fall on deaf ears, resulting in minds being restricted to monotony or predefined concepts.
Additionally, what I have realized is that employees need to maintain a balance in an organization while still adhering to its norms. Colleagues should be appreciated for their work and encouraged to speak out, creating a cyclical process.
As Shijith mentioned, even when uniformity is maintained, there is a need for creativity to excel in today's evolving trends while also maintaining stability in ongoing processes.
Well, as you can see Rao, this story has no ending; it goes on and on. :-D
It's just a message being conveyed. :icon1:
Actually, this PowerPoint presentation was the foundational idea for us to conduct multiple presentations at one of our workshops in our organization.

Good one, Kavitha.
And like 'Guidance' said, it can be applied to families. I may add -- to any situation where people are there. Not that I am stretching this concept far, but India has been shouting hoarse about Pakistan's involvement with terrorists since the 1980s, but none cared to listen. Why? The very same reason that's contained in this PowerPoint presentation. And why are they NOW listening? Not contained in this PPT ... but because they have begun to get affected.
The point in the whole issue is this: "Change is the only constant in life" (not my quote, but Vivekananda's 100 years ago) -- the sooner any individual or organization or country realizes and adapts to handle it, the better. The key word is 'balance' -- whether it's in an organization, a family, a country, or just among a group of friends.

TS

Hi,
I am not an HR person, but I deal with HR services. I mean, I manage the business development for an HR payroll service. I just happened to meet a person from Dubai who was willing to outsource his HR payroll. I was calling all my friends asking for information on how HR practices work there. I thought of you when I posted it.
Thanks a lot,
Tahir
