Hi all,

I am working as an IT Administrator in a Pvt. Ltd. Company. I am getting Rs. 13,500 as salary but in cash. They told me they'll pay me in cash for six months. Now I got a new job, and they need the last three months' salary slip.

Can anybody help me with something regarding the salary breakup for Rs. 13,500 without any deductions (like PF, ESI, etc.)? This means the net salary and gross salary would be the same.

Thanks

Hi Balaraju,

Let me be clear: you cannot create your own payslip as you are planning to do. It's unethical. It would be better if you inform the new company about this issue and provide them with all the relevant documents. Transparency is key in such situations; remember, it's not your fault.

Hi, I am working as a cook at Tandoori Restaurant and Hotel. My salary is 18,000/- plus allowances of medical 250/-, HR 2000/-, with a festival allowance of 50% of my salary. Can anyone suggest how to create a salary slip as I am planning to work at another hotel? It's urgent as I need to show my salary slip.
