Hi all,

I am working with a relatively new establishment where all the HR and Admin-related issues are to be addressed. I have been handling all of that until now. However, I am facing a new challenge where all the statutory compliances need to be implemented, starting with the PF formalities. I kindly request your assistance in this matter as I have never dealt with statutory formalities in my previous roles. I have no prior experience in this area. I am based in the capital city of India and would appreciate guidance on how to proceed with these issues.

Please help me.

The EPF website is very clear and will provide all the information you require. You can just browse through and then come up with specific questions, which people will be able to clarify.
