I have recently gotten into employee engagement activities. I have been asked to organize this year's corporate day. Could you please suggest some excellent outdoor venues in Chennai (if it's a one-day event) or locations in Tamil Nadu (for an overnight stay) or places which you have already visited and felt would be an excellent location to conduct such events? I would also like to know the latest trends in organizing such events.
We are organizing the event for a team size of 120, and we are in the training industry.
