I think IR means Industrial Relations. The Indian Contract Act, Industrial Dispute Act, Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, and Labour Laws cover all information about Industrial Relations. Of course, Acts that include Intellectual Property Rights are also important.

IR means nothing but relations between companies, employees, and employers with each other. You just have to study laws that are based on these relations.
