Hello everyone,
I'm trying to do a course in ERP. I would like to seek advice from the veterans as to which of the ERP packages, SAP or PeopleSoft, has more market value if I do a course in it. What more scope do I have after doing this course? Currently, I'm with a BPO in Bangalore. I have done my MBA in HR from IGNOU.
Please also give information on the institutions offering a course in SAP (HR) or PeopleSoft (HR) in Bangalore and an estimate of the fees charged.
Thanks and regards,
Shibu

Hi,
SAP HR is one of the popular ERP packages available. There are a number of private institutions offering this training. You need to evaluate the faculty in terms of areas of strength and real-time exposure to provide meaningful training to you. Siemens training is expensive, but SAP certified consultants get paid better than those who have acquired knowledge through other methods. Practice and application are key in learning SAP HR. All the best.
Cheers,
AM

Hi. But i heard that SAP HR is a failure module and People soft alone has scope.. Friends, pl. enlighten me on this... Anu
Hi SAP HR is expensive. The earlier versions had limitations, which created the impression that SAP HR is a failure. I have under gone training in the module and found it to be very gud. Regards, AM

Hi AM, Can you provide some information on the available SAP certified consultants in Pune or Delhi or any links where I can find this information? Is it true that one needs to have functional knowledge to undergo this training? What kind of job can a person expect once this training is completed?
