Hi Mr. Akhil,

Thank you for your reply.

I have a question about how to calculate the gross salary. The formula for gross salary is Gross = Basic + Conveyance + HRA, etc. If the gross salary is 10000/-, how do I determine the components of the gross salary?

I would appreciate it if you could provide guidance on this matter.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,
Uday

Dear Uday ji,

The Minimum Wages Act is of vital importance. The wages are determined by the respective state governments for various categories outlined in the relevant schedules of employments. The detailed notes are attached herewith; please go through.

Sir,

I have one more doubt. One of my employees has lost his ESIC card, and he came to ask how to get a new card.

Sir, which form do we need to provide to get the duplicate card and what is the process for it?

Please let me know, sir, ASAP.

Thanks in advance, Uday

Dear Uday,

If any of your employees have lost the ESI card, then you need to issue them Form-72, which you can obtain at your local office or try at www.esic.nic.in, which is the ESI website. Hope this information will solve your problem.
