Hi All,
I want to withdraw my PF amount for the period May-05 to Aug06. I have all the details with me (PF deducted per month applicable under UP rules & regulations).
My previous employer is not signing the PF withdrawal form, delaying the process for the last 6 months. Can somebody help me, please? Is it possible to withdraw PF without the involvement of the previous employer?
Somebody told me that in this case, I may claim the PF in the presence of the Bank manager where I have the saving account. Please suggest the best way for me to do it.
Thanks,
Amit

Hi Amit,
I am trying to guide you regarding your PF withdrawal query as mentioned below:
1) As per the PF Act, a person who has worked less than 6 months can't withdraw PF accumulation.
2) You may transfer your PF to your current PF account by submitting a PF transfer application.
3) For the transfer of PF accumulation, you do not need to get the signature of the previous employer, and you need to submit the transfer application with your current employer.
By doing this, you can solve your current PF issue.
