The age limits may be prescribed by the policy of the company. Since you are 27 years, you can pusrue jobs. B.Saikumar

Dear Saikumar ji,
It seems to me from the queriest post that he is 27 years old and his management engaged his services but his name is not borned on muster roll of company. He is in impression thtat he should have minimum age limit to acquire a job / service on roll of company.
I may be wrong totally in undestanding the query.
On the basis of my understanding, my answer to queriest is as under:
1. There is no system of 'off roll' as he said. All the persons employed should be kept on 'on roll'.
2. Minimum age for employment is 18 years completed.
3. Maximum age is as per standing orders applicable to him but not over 60 years of age.
4. If at all there is a system of 'off roll' is in existence in his company, it is illegal.

Dear keshav ji
your reply addresses the query more specifically than mine and therefore I agree with you. But I have one doubt. By 'off roll', whether he means that he is on third party roll (contractor) but working for the company.Thanks.
