Hi Anjali,
thanks
The Pvt. sector generally have flexible approach unlike the PSUs and trend is :-
Assume an executive is deputed to other location say for six months..
* His salary component has a variable component called a special Allowance or deputation allowance which is about 20-40 % of CTC.
* His lodging & boarding expense is taken care off.
* Company takes care off his travel of his spouse n kids - three trips only.
* His telephone limits - personal calls is borne by the company as per the reasonable limits as agreed upon on mutually basis.
* His travel expense to the location where his family is based on weekends is paid by the company - two trips per month.
Hope this information helps.

I was on a trip to Delhi from Mumbai the company in which my finance was the working showed interest in hiring me and they said I'll handle things from Mumbai which is my hometown. In Delhi they gave me a stay with my finance for induction period later I started opertaing from Mumbai. They wanted more manforce in Delhi so they asked me to book my own flight(please not this) and they reimburse d the amount after 2 months. My fiance left the company as he wasn't comfortable they asked me to move out as they dint allow my fiance to stay in my room also. They dint pay me money to travel from the residence to office. They promised me to give flight allowance once a month but during a serious emergency they gave me no penny to fly. Neither did they pay my fiance for his travel back to his home town as he was called by them there to work. Can you help to understand how can I claim my money spent due to company
