My name is Murli n i work as a sr. Execuive - HR with a charter co. our co is around 4 yrs old with 200 employee strenght. we are planning to change the culture of the co. As such the co. has no set guidelines or policy manuals. we are in a process to build the same.
I would really appreciate if someone can help me in developing a questionnaire. we would like to start with a survey in our orgn, as to know what our employees feel about the present culture and what should ideally be the culture.
