Dear Sir,
First of all, I am thankful to you for your guidance and cooperation as always. My company has given me the task of planning a yearly training and developing of all heads of departments that will cover all their training needs such as current trends and future trends. For example, topics of leadership, time management, organization strategies, organization succession planning, change management, crisis management, technology, improvement in company culture, etc. Training materials should be 120 hours to 150 hours. Training presentations will cover all department heads training needs. Training materials will include presentation, practical participation, videos, and physical activity, all participants will involved throughout the training. The company boss has given me only one month to prepare the training modules and training will be started in March 2024.
Please guide me as per my query. Once again thanks for your guidance and support.
