The manager of a factory should be a full-time employee in the factory?
Can he continue as manager of the factory under Factories Act after his superannuation i.e. 58 years?
If so, please specify relevant provisions.

There is no pre-requisite for being Factory Manager, the occupier of the factory can nominate any one as Factory Manager. Whether the Factory Manager is full time or not is not a material issue but the incumbent has to bear responsibility as is provided in the Act. There is no age bar for the post.
