Compliance relating to submission of statutory returns & maintenance of statutory Registers is to be done when the UP State Rules on these codes will be framed & enforced. At this point of time Central Govt. has not yet declared the date of enforcement of these labour Codes. Therefore plz see that we are to wait for these notifications.
