Please note even off roll staff, needs to comply with legal laws & entitled to Leaves as policy, National hlidays, OT, PF, ESI, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave Encashmment..

Charges are usually 15-25% of CTC Salary or some may charge you fixed... and also, it depends who is ging t recruit these 700 staff.... Usually Agencies will additinaly charge you a fixed little amount as recruitment charges...
