Everyone asking for help regarding HR Managers contact details of different companies and organizations, but never get the same in return, why this is happening. Somebody see this will be misused ? Or the person have to find it himself ? What you say ?

It's not ethical to disclose someone else's contact details and that too in a public forum. As it is, we get a lot of junk mail and phone calls; if we publicise it in the general forum we are bound to enhance junk calls/mails.

The reason is valid, but the inquiries are made by seeking help, someone want to build his/her organization from scratch and he is not able to find a genuine contact, and if he asked someone for help it's not there. Actually the call is made from someone who is looking for growth, but your reason is very genuine, and the junk mails to be cleared out, since the call for help is not valid ?

If you need the contact details, then phone or email the company with a reason why you want the information.
Then it is up to the company to divulge this information - or not.
Members of CiteHR should be professional and NOT give out confidential information, WITHOUT the consent of the person concerned AND the organisation as a whole.
How would you feel if I knew your name and phone number and started posting it every time someone asked for this sort of information?
I have no doubt you would be sending the hit men after me.
Divulging and sharing confidential information is not the way to help people.

You can't build an organization from ground zero by seeking help.That requires professional help, a paid consultancy, you post your requirement and just watch the number of contacts that starts pouring in.
As for generic help, it is already available in CiteHR, there is a wealth of information out here at CiteHR but you will have to learn searching on your own.

Thanks for your comments and advice, by the way I find my way how to find out the contacts of HR personals and I got around 40+ genuine contacts, and it's increasing.
In view of professional ethics and privacy, publishing or sharing the contacts of any person without his consent is not a fair business, I know that, but everyone asking for professional contacts and to build a large data bank, (for sale or for themselves ?)
Anyhow HELP is HELP and no one is going to become something without someone's help.

People wish to remain anonymous here, by choice; and this should be respected.
Those who would like to publicise their presence, have the choice to do so.
However, it would not be fair to publish details and contact about them; as they will be harassed by people seeking their "help" or connivance.
Since, my details are available in some websites; everyday I keep getting mails or phone calls from consultant for empanelment of their consultancy; or from candidates seeking a job.
They are not just satisfied by sending mails; but would like to know the progress by calling every other day.
It is not only bothersome but the fact is that its beyond one's capacity to fulfill all such requests.
One should understand the limitations involved.

This is exactly why these data requests are not fulfilled and most of the time deleted by the admin. The last line of this post makes the entire exercise suspicious.
When sakir said he has got 40 contracts, I assume he sent individual posts to people and got their details in reply. I hope he is not planning to betray the trust of those who gave their numbers to him
