Hi,,
Can anyone help me with the format for sending a termination of letter sounding as legal notice outlining following points
- Extremely poor and below par performance
- Losses to the company due fake orders and primary dumping of stocks in the market
- Zero proactive reporting and merger reports after followups
- Unethical behaviour. We have Call records of his selling stocks of other companies.

Dear Nilu,
You have given list of the misconducts committed by the employee. However, before sending a termination of letter sounding as legal notice, it is important to conduct the domestic enquiry. Therefore, order the domestic enquiry, design the terms of references of the enquiry carefully, and conduct the enquiry.
Conducting free and fair enquiry is important step of the disciplinary process. The last step could be awarding punishment, which in this case could be termination.
Thanks,
