Hi Basivi Reddy,
let me explain you the difference between Key Result Performance Areas and Job roles. Every job has its siginificance in the job hierarchy. Each job is subdivided into varios tasks to be performed. Some of these tasks are much more important as compared to other tasks of the same job and those need to be attended. These key tasks forms the basis for the performance.to decode upon the performance of the individual, his performance on these tasks are assessed. hence, these are the key performance areas. By performing those tasks some measurable results are achieved.
Job roles means the role that the person has to perform containing each and every task. The job role is general but the key result areas are specific.
