actual whaht should be the actual working days?

Available Days in the Month (Minus) Leaves (Minus) Absents (is equal to) Total Salary Payable Days

Actual workings days are just the number of days on which the COMPANY IS OPEN AND FUNCTIONS OFFICIALLY, it is so simple, just exclude the weekly offs and holidays and thats it, you get the actual working days. ;);)

but kavi i didnt realised the actual deduction of leaves should not be considered and what about the half leave it should be consider as working day or not
