Hai...................
Imagine how your life would change if you were passionate about your work? How would it feel to have your boss praise you for doing such a good job? What would it feel like to be truly satisfied with your career, and know that your work has meaning and purpose? That your contributions are important? What would happen if you were paid top dollar for your work? How would living and working at your dream job, every day, impact your life?
f people are happier when working with purpose and they feel better fulfilled by doing work they are passionate about, let's look at how you can obtain this goal and build an ideal life for yourself.
To get you started in the right direction, here are some proven strategies that have worked for my career counseling clients.
1. Take the risk.
2. Build a career on your strengths.
3. Figure out exactly what you want to do.
4. Be ready when opportunity knocks.

Nice to see someone writing on career change. I wonder if you have written Sanjiv Bhamre's book on the five myths of Career building which has been published by Tata Mcdowell. It says that a lot of people are able to figure out what they exactly want to do only by the age of 40-45 and often, it is too late by then. The sooner you found your passio, the better.
The pity is that none of the so called HR companies are working on this which incidentally happens to be the prime function of HRD- avoiding square pegs in round holes.

I thought the publisher was MACMILLAN ? Anyway, the correct name of the other publisher is Tata Mcgraw-Hill, and they are not the publishers of Sanjiv Bhamre's book.
