Due to one critical incidence in cash on 08.12.2018 I have been suspended from 11.12.2018 and bank given me a letter mentioning that I have suspended till further notice . So my query is as my last day is 10.01.2019 so can bank terminate me during this period and if the investigation is not get completed by 10.01.2019 so can they terminate me after last working day or can they hold my reliving letter for the same. Actually I want to know what are the action they can take as I am already resigned

You have resigned but company has not accepted it.
So the relationship of employer and employee persists.
What happened on 08/12/18?
If there was an incident which was being enquired into, the resignation makes it obvious that you are evading facing the issue.
From what I can make out the bank will terminate you only after coming to know from enquiry what is the problem and who was responsible for incident on 8//12/18.
You need to give full details of critical incidence for better advice.
Presently the bank is unlikely to terminate you in between or on 10/1/191.
Result of enquiry will be of great importance.
