Dear All,
i am so much in confusion for fix a Salary Break up & CTC of employee.
my boss is agreed to give PF,LTA,Medical Reimburesment facility to employee.so i want salary breakup if the componants will be Basic,HRA,Conve.all,CCA Etc.
pls send me if anyone getting salary 34500 gross ,what will be his CTC & Monthly Salary Break Up .
2) if we are giving medical reimbursement in monthly salary componant.& if any employee give the medical bill of rs 15000 , this particluar amt company have to paid him or not

Hi!!!
Firstly confirm basic sal will be as per minimum wages or ur org. is having specific criteria.
if it is as per minimum wages then it is different for each state. hope u r aware of the same.
Also confirm the exact component u want to include in salary breakup.
