Its not a big issue.......Just u give a letter to the Regional Office to that effect and a copy to the concerned Branch Manager........

There is no specific form. You just wrote that letter on your letter head addressing the concerned Regional Director, endorse a copy of the same to the concerned Branch Manager and Insurance Inspector.............

My Dear friend,
give a letter in Regional office as well as Local office about the same along with board resolution copy which says Company has changed the authorised signatory instead of x so and so person.
for this their is no separate format letter you just have to write a letter.

Hello Nimesh, If you wanna change your signature just write a formal letter (no specified format) to the regional office manager with your last & new signature. Submit it... Regards Ashish
