Hey, Tomorrow is National Bosses Day. What are you planning to do?
I am going to get a nice card for my boss and let him know What's good about him.
Actually I have got a good boss after 2 years. He has helped me to increase the breadth and width of knowledge by providing opportunity to learn, explore and experiment.
I am sure, many of you too had a good one! Then tell me what are you doing to make his day tomorrow.

Hi G,
We celebrate it every year with nice and innovative gifts followed by lunch or Hi Tea party. This time we kept a personalised paper weight as a gift for them with brass photoframe cum certificate for them, which will be followed by lunch. Every Boss has to speak something about their asstt.
Morning MD Executive will send out an email invite to all the OLT & PLT members of our office. Which will explain them to let their slot free for lunch time with a small speech from all of them.

Hi everybody.
National Bosses's day gives us a rare opportunity to appreciate good basses. So, I suggest that we maystart a new diary, like a visitors' diary to record our views and opinions about our bose.We may also have a get -together over a tea party to exchange our sentiments. We may also start a photo album to remember his achievements.

A national/state level competition of writing/elocution/cartoon on "GOOD BOSS AND BAD BOSS " may go a long way in education

We have planned something else for boss day.Actually we have given an opportuntity for our employees to act as a boss this special day.The game is like we have given a small chit to all the employees here with 2 questions in it.1 is what change they will make in this company if they are the boss of this company and 2nd one is the changes you want to give your employees as a boss.now we kept a box in the admin desk and asked them to write and submit their entries in that box.Definetley there is some surprise behind that and an hidden agenda.
