Friends,
Then the conclusion makes me believe that most of you will recruit Mr.X if he is there at your place for an interview,

Rolling stone gathers no mass-
this proverb is to show how it affects an individuals careers
Too many rolling stones will make the company lose its mass....(and who is the company its all of us in there)
It will not work out friends...this is my personal opinion
I personally believe ,as far we are learning ,growing and helping the organization grow we are always on the right track provided the pay is moderate and the company is treating us well.
As one of our friend said , though money is not everything, sometimes money does matter(by luck and Mr.X turned to be lucky) and life is not always based on luck.we all know that.

Sharmila good post.
I hope everyone would think India was their family and would work for the country just like they do it for their family.
Somewhere 'me' and 'I' is coming first which I will totally disagree with.
An advise to all.
How would you like your employees to work for the company if you were the CEO and the exclusive owner of an company?
