hi i am urmi,i work in one self finance engineering college as lab assistant.Am i eligible for maternity leave on after one year probation on govt. rule?

Hi Urmi, You are entitled to maternity leaves, because the provision is that if you have worked for 80 days in last 12 months ( permanenet or probation), you are entitled to maternity benefits.
