I am a 3rd-semester MBA student specializing in HR and Finance and am required to do my final 2 months' project from next month onwards.

I would like to combine both specializations and come up with a good project. Is that a good option? Also, suggest to me what all parameters can be taken to combine the two. Otherwise, please suggest some rare and interesting topics I can work on.

I am equally interested in both! Please help!!!

Yes, Ann. It would really be a good idea to combine HR with Finance. You can take up a project on HR Costing, which is a combination of Finance & HR. The other option could be going in for Workforce Planning.

Hi all,

I am also interested in combining Finance and HR for my master's thesis, as I am following both programs simultaneously. I am still looking for subjects, and I was thinking of focusing on the influence of executive compensation on a firm's performance. However, I am open to any other suggestions.

@Ann: How did it go with your project?
