For HR and Admin role, the key responsibilities are:
- Recruitment and Selection
- Workforce planning and diversity
- Building Capability and Organizational learning
- Performance management
- Rewards management
- Workplace management and relations
- Effective HR management, supporting, and monitoring.
These are KRA (Key Result Areas).
In the administration part:
- HR personnel records Management
- Form Development
- Document Control Activities
- Mail and Express Service Activities
- Telephone and Answering Activities
- Company Property and Access control Activities
- Separation Activities
- Workplace Rules and Guidelines Activities
- Human Resource records Activities
- Dress Code Activities and so on...
Human Resource Admin has to concentrate on all the areas mentioned earlier. Before starting your career in the new firm, kindly conduct an HR audit and understand the kind of HR department that is expected and the competencies needed.
