We, at our organization, would be delivering a training on 'Role Clarity'. Can you all suggest some good titles for the training? The name/title of the training should be thought-provoking for the participants. It's going to be an 8-hour session, and the objectives are understanding the importance of having role clarity, consequences of role ambiguity, tools that can be used to clarify the role, etc.

I believe that the training you mentioned will ultimately help employees work more efficiently as their roles and responsibilities will be clearly defined. Therefore, I think "Working Smart" is quite fitting, as a clear understanding of roles and duties will enable employees to work smartly.
I will inform you if anything else comes to mind, but this was the first idea that came to me after reading the description you provided.
