I am Sindoora from Hyderabad working as a QA engineer. I have been enrolled in Symbiosis for PGDHRM - 09. Due to hectic work, I haven't started studying the subjects. There are only two months left for the semester to complete. As the time is very short, I am really confused 🤔.
Can anyone please help me on how to manage and complete the assignments soon? Also, could you please share the assignments for practice and let me know which subjects should be taken first.

I too have enrolled in Symbiosis for PGDHRM - 09 and I completely understand your situation as I am sailing in the same boat. I have taken up Accounting as I find this subject the most difficult one. So, my suggestion to you would be to tackle the toughest subject and finish it off as soon as possible.
Don't worry about completing the semester on time; once you start studying, you will realize it's not that difficult, and you will be able to manage it. I guess that is all I can suggest. Yes, please go through some practice assignments on the internet as this will really help you understand how to manage your studies.

I completed my PGDHRM in 2004 from SCDL. If you think the course contents have not changed much, then I can send you the assignments (a total of 20) prepared by me. And don't worry about the timeline. It took me over 6 months, after the course duration, to submit all the assignments.

Additionally, please send an email to Symbiosis as I believe you can submit a case study as the project is not mandatory. I have already completed mine and I am attaching the case study and the evaluation sheet from Symbiosis as well. This will give you a clear picture of how to proceed.

Management, I feel, is all about learning PERSONALLY - how to manage a situation. Just gaining a Diploma/Degree in Management is NOT going to help in the future "IF" the subject is NOT understood properly AND if the assignments are NOT done personally. Faculty members may want to give you the necessary marks and the subsequent degree, but what about the management KNOWLEDGE that will be tested in a disaster situation?
