hi, i hve a prob in communication especially when deliver the training in English.. coz my english is poor..bcoz of that, i dont hve a confident to talk wth higher level people...

First I would advise you to change your self-talk. Consider yourself you're good in speaking English, a good communicator, and grab all the opportunities to speak English. DO NOT FEAR FAILURE. Without failure we all cannot learn to be better.
Keep moving in circle of people who frequently talk in English, may be find out a good human being in that group, whom you can confide in and ask for help.
Watch English movies, follow the dialogues, listen to English Speech tapes ( Anthony Robbins, Paul Scheele etc.)
You will be motivated yourself and will be successful..

Yeah. I too had similar problem. Now I have overcome The solution is self confidence and practice.Failures are part of ant learning process.

This is a very common problem faced by many people. You have to have self confidence without which u will fumble and remain shaky. Read English newspaper daily as a matter of routine job,watch TV news in English everyday, talk to your colleagues in English,if u have time go on for a course in spoken English. There are so many other ways but these are enough I believe.

Enroll yourself into an English speaking course! They are mighty inexpensive now!! and they may be able to give you some professional tips!
Moreover, I recommend watching the NEWS, channels such as CNN, TIMES-NOW etc...while the News anchor is speaking, you can repeat whatever he is saying...do that for 5-10 mins a day!!!
Another tip is reading an English newspaper aloud (again for 5-10mins a day)
