I have 9 years of experience in Mentoring, Coaching, and Counseling. After obtaining certification in Coaching from CLI, it has changed my way of handling Employees, Individuals, and Executives. It utilizes a scientific methodology called PCMK (Power Coaching Mind Kinetics), which includes various Coaching Tools and Methodologies to understand the inner workings. The answers come from the Client or Coachee. Counseling and Mentoring involve guiding, whereas Coaching is a result-driven process.

In India, Certified Coaching is 4 years old, although Coaching is an old concept in HR and Training books.
