I request that you please elaborate on your question. Are you asking how the job profile of recruiting "Frontline Employees" adds value to your career? As I understand, frontline employees are employees who directly face the customers - for example, sales counter personnel in a retail store, employees of a bank facing customers, and possibly call center employees directly interacting with customers. Is that correct?
