Building an IT Department Structure for Retail: What Roles and Descriptions Should I Include?

I am working on building an organizational structure for the IT department in the Retail industry. Can anyone help me by providing information on the different role positions and their job descriptions? I need to start from the CIO at the top to the data operator at the bottom.
