Ha Ha Ha Ha, Do you really believe in Ghost, even in 21 Century? O Man!, Please, don’t watch too many movies of Ram Gopal Verma or don’t take them serious. Take care.

What I love about CiteHR is that there is one post on "How to improve productivity" and this thread too on the "top discussions". What a contradiction! Honey, you will see ghosts when things go wrong with work/home/personal life. Why this topic in Human Resource Management? Where people are trying to manage living beings. The last thing you would want to include in your KRA (if you are an HR) is to do a performance appraisal on ghosts. Cost-cutting! Recession! Salary cut! Incentives cut! Comfort cut! When all this is the talk in the city - why not talk about ghosts too? (Indirectly - and in a very sweet manner, I just mentioned that you posted this in the wrong place!) Thanks!

Yes I can. You just need to go to Firojpur Jhirka Hill towards Mewat(38 KM from Gurgaon). 5KM from Mewat you can find a deep forest on top of the hill besides a giant Stone. Then you need to go towards the caves street. Go straight 2.5KM ahead. You'll definitely able to see the real ghost but there is no guaranty that you'll alive or can back home.---Anil:-x

I'm sorry to say this. This is not the place to discuss your stories. If you don't have work to do, please read some good books and newspapers to upgrade your knowledge. Unnecessarily, don't play with such foolishness. Bye.

I am actually surprised to see so many answers to such an awkward post! It shows that it's not only him who has spare time for posting such odd questions, but then others are also free to answer them. Guys, please stop answering; otherwise, it will keep the discussion on top. Let other productive posts come on top.

Look at your manager; he's a ghost. He's the one who can harm you when you least expect it. He's the one who can shatter your dreams even when you've done everything right.

Dear Nirmal,
Are you married? If not, get married. Then you will realize what is bigger than ghosts.
Ans- Yeah, I very much agree with you that people who don't marry will see beggar ghosts, but real ghosts at night in bed. When the night comes, the desire to see big ghosts really grows. Show me, Anna.

Wow, no one is interested in answering my question about the production function in Managerial Economics that I posted on Aug 31. However, after I answered Jusnimal's question about ghosts, you all are... well. Can anyone tell me about the challenges and problems faced in workplace diversity?

Well, I had posted 2-3 HR questions but didn’t get any reply, those topics were not shown either. I am stunned how this topic is in top discussions.
