Please specify the main purpose of having a service agreement bond. For example, is it to cover the confidentiality of data, adherence to rules and regulations, minimum service period completion, or some exit clause?

Thank you for giving me your valuable time. My company is involved in Software Development and BPO/KPO works. We are planning to implement a service bond for all software development employees. Initially, we are considering a 1 to 2-year service bond which we may later reduce. This measure is aimed at reducing employee turnover.
