Enhancing Meeting Request Emails: Tips and Samples for Effective Communication - CiteHR

No Tags Found!

Hi,

I need to send emails on a regular basis to schedule meetings. Although I have been drafting them in the past, I believe they need to be more attractive and inviting.

I would appreciate it if somebody could provide a sample email for this purpose and share some thoughts on how to improve it.

Additionally, if anyone is aware of a site where we can find sample formal corporate emails, please let me know.

Thanks,
Preeti

Hi Preeti,

I am not aware of any website that will help you in this regard. However, I can give you a few tips that I am following to interact with our clients based in the US.

1. Try to avoid passive language. Make it active and more lively.
2. Depending on the culture, use the first name and/or last name of employees frequently.
3. Sign off in a different way each time you send them the email.
4. Let them feel that you will be available to them in case they need any help regarding the meeting details.

These simple tips are working for me...hope these will help you too.

Sincerely,
Shashank
