Hi friends,
I completed my MBA in HR through the regular process. I am currently in a dilemma regarding the selection of my course, such as SAP (HR), PEOPLESOFT (HRMS), and ORACLE 11i (HR). I am unsure which one has more demand in the market. Please suggest which one is the best option. Additionally, kindly recommend the best institutes in Hyderabad for these courses.
Thank you.

Hi Akhila,
I am not sure if you can cope with SAP/HRMS without functional experience in HR. SAP-HR has a good demand. Methodex Technologies, opposite Shoppers Stop, Begumpet, is considered to be one of the good institutes in Hyderabad for SAP. You can try that.
Good luck

Oracle has no much demand. FOR SAP HR there is plenty of demand, but all will ask for 1 full implementation experience good luck v seshadiri

Hi,
Good morning,
Most HR professionals' opinion is to go for SAP-HR rather than others like PeopleSoft or Oracle because SAP HR is globally accepted and has good demand too.
All the best.

Hello,
I can tell you one thing - all three mentioned by you have their own importance. You can't learn all three at once, so do not waste time and choose one among the three. By doing so, you will definitely have an edge over others. All the best.

I understand that you are in confusion. PeopleSoft is no longer existing as it has been acquired by Oracle. Out of the three best ones you mentioned, two courses belong to Oracle. When we consider the market position in HRMS, I can say that SAP-ERP is leading and has a lot of scope and visibility with a huge business base. Obviously, there are more customers, leading to job creations and work proportionality. I hope some of my points help you look at the big picture and decide. I am a senior software professional and I just wanted to provide a glimpse on this topic.
I wish you good luck.
