Please help me with a format to write a letter to the company I do business with. The subject of the letter is that I am indebted to them, and I want them to give me time to pay the debt. This is because I am also indebted to a bank, which has given me an ultimatum to pay back. I will pay the money as soon as I finish servicing the loan from the bank.
