Hi All, I am working in a CA firm as an HR Executive and Personal Assistant to the director of the company. I urgently require an official letter format for thanking my business clients and associates for sending Diwali cards and wishes.

It is a well-known fact that seniors correct or modify the drafts according to their own style or preference.
Drafting a Thank-You Note
You can start with:
"Dear ______,
We thank you for your Diwali card/gift and wishes. We also..."
And conclude it with:
"We look forward to a long and rewarding association with you..."

Thank you to all who just posted a comment on my query. Mr. Abhishek, I wrote "ji" in front of the name of Raj Kumar because, in the world of computers, you never know who you are dealing with in terms of corporate deals. As a female, I just clarified myself to him since I am not at all aware if Mr. Raj Kumar is a student or a professional person from a corporate background. Otherwise, I would never use "ji" in the corporate world to address my associates or clients. Thank you again for sparing your precious time to comment.

Mr. Abhishek, I just wrote 'ji' in front of the name of Raj Kumar because in the world of computers, you never know who you are dealing with in terms of corporate deals. See Priya & Abhishek, there are still companies and groups where these terms are well respected and are part of the company culture. To quote one group, Reliance ADAG, where you will find these terms being used even by their top-end executives like Shree Anil Ambani, Shree Atul Shukla, Sahara Shri Subrat Rai (Sahara Group), and even 'ji' is also very prominent, etc. There is no specific ESW (English n Service Writing) in corporates; all shows run with comfort and company culture.
