We recently prepared an induction program for graduate trainees. I will share details of the same with you. Hope it helps you.
We designed a 21-day induction program and included two sessions on behavioral training as well. The first day is spent completing the joining formalities and providing an overview of the company: policies, employee benefits, etc.
Since the client is in the manufacturing sector, we also arranged a day's visit to each of the divisions, both technical and non-technical. This was preceded by a classroom session by the department head of the concerned divisions. This will help the trainees get familiarized with the whole organization.

Hi James,
You can include the following in the onboarding process:
- PF / ESI / Gratuity Nominations
- Opening a bank account
- Canteen / Transport details
- Providing Identity cards / Attendance cards
- Leave cards
- Setting up E-mail IDs
- Safety equipment (if required)
Additionally, give the employees an overview of:
- The company
- HR policies & procedures
- Security procedures
- Management guidelines
- Vision, Values, and Goals details
This is all I can recall at the moment.
