First of all, you should structure your hierarchy as follows: Junior Officer, Officer, Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager, General Manager, Vice President, Senior Vice President, and President. Apply this structure to all departments.
Below the Junior Officer, you can have Assistant in staff grade and in workmen grade, designations such as Helper, Junior Operator / Junior Technician, Technician / Operator, Senior Technician / Senior Operator, etc.
If you choose to start your hierarchy with Assistant, then Assistant - HR / R&D, Accounts, SCM, Production, QA, QC, etc. The next levels will be Executive, Senior Executive, and so forth. Accordingly, you can structure the grades as follows: G-1 (Assistant), G-2 Executive and Senior Executive, G-3 Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, G-4 Manager, Senior Manager, G-5 AGM, DGM, G-6 GM and VP, G-7 Senior VP, and President.
