Hi,
I get a consolidated salary of Rs. 15,000 per month. I want to know whether I have to pay PF (Provident Fund) or professional tax. What are the criteria for payment of professional tax in Karnataka and the applicable slab rates?
Additionally, how do I calculate my income tax on my salary income and what deductions can I avail? I also have investments in life insurance.
Looking forward to your response soon.
Thank you in advance.
