Is there any Central Act for Shops and Establishments? We know that different states have different Shops and Establishment Acts, but is there any central Act? If yes, please confirm the name and date of the Act (e.g., Employees' State Insurance Act 1948). It's very urgent.

I am a fresh graduate from MDI-GGN and am looking for a job in the U.S., specifically in Atlanta. What are the chances of finding a job in the U.S.? Additionally, what certifications, apart from PHR, would give me an extra edge? I will have my work permit within 3 months of applying as my husband is posted there, and I need to find a job to shift there. I am also attaching my resume for reference.

I want to start my own consulting, but I am not able to establish a portal connection immediately. How can I acquire resumes without relying on portals and reaching out to other consultants? Could anybody suggest some resume portals where we can access candidates' contact details or propose innovative recruiting methods for these types of positions?
